Privacy Policy
Last updated: 26 April 2026
1. About this policy
This Privacy Policy explains how INSYNC GROWTH LIMITED ("we", "us", "our") collects and uses your personal data when you visit our website at insyncgrowth.com or get in touch with us through our contact email.
INSYNC GROWTH LIMITED is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15006555. Our registered office is The Cube, Block 30, Mereside, Alderley Park, Congleton Road, Nether Alderley, Cheshire, England, SK10 4ZF. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.
2. What we collect
We only collect the personal data you choose to share with us through our contact email. That information is:
- your name;
- your email address; and
- the content of the message you send us.
We do not currently deploy analytics, advertising or marketing tracking tools on this website. If that changes in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent before activating those tools.
3. How we use your information
We use the information you provide to:
- respond to your enquiry;
- follow up with you about a possible client engagement, where relevant; and
- keep records of our communications and any resulting work, as required by UK accounting and tax law.
We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.
4. Lawful basis (UK GDPR)
Under the UK GDPR we have to identify a lawful basis before we process personal data. We rely on the following:
- Article 6(1)(b) — steps prior to entering a contract. When you contact us about working with INSYNC Growth, we use your details to respond and to take any steps you ask us to take before we agree to provide services.
- Article 6(1)(f) — legitimate interests. We use your details to keep accurate business records, to protect the security and integrity of our website, and to manage and grow our business. Where we rely on legitimate interests, we balance those interests against your privacy rights.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate our business, and only to the extent they need it to provide that service to us. The main provider that processes data on our behalf is:
- Vercel — our website hosting provider.
Where any of our service providers are based outside the United Kingdom, we rely on UK-approved transfer mechanisms — such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or an applicable adequacy regulation — to make sure your data continues to be protected.
We may also disclose personal data where we are required to do so by law, or in response to a valid request from a UK regulator, court, or law enforcement authority.
6. Retention
We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months from the date of your last contact with us, unless we are still actively working with you on an engagement. Records that we are required to keep by law — for example, accounting and tax records — are kept for the statutory minimum period, which is currently six years.
7. Your rights (UK GDPR)
Under UK data protection law you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:
- the right of access to a copy of your personal data;
- the right to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- the right to erasure (the "right to be forgotten");
- the right to restrict processing;
- the right to data portability;
- the right to object to processing carried out under legitimate interests; and
- the right to withdraw consent at any time, where we are relying on consent.
You can exercise any of these rights by emailing us at privacy@insyncgrowth.com. We will respond within 30 days. There is no fee for making a request unless it is clearly unfounded or excessive.
8. Cookies
This website uses essential cookies only — for example, a session cookie our hosting provider Vercel may set so the site works correctly. We do not use analytics or marketing cookies. If we add analytics or other non-essential tracking in the future, we will introduce a cookie banner and ask for your consent first.
9. Children
Our website and services are not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has given us their personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects how we handle your personal data, we will let you know by email where we have your contact details.
11. Complaints
If you have a concern about how we handle your personal data, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK supervisory authority, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), at ico.org.uk.
